This course gives you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to care for your pregnant partner, your child, and yourself. Each session is interactive, practical, and memorable. You’ll receive training filled with videos, activities, assignments, and goal setting to support you every step of the way. Come connect with other dads from your own neighborhood.
