If you think you might be pregnant, you don’t have to figure it out alone, and you don’t have to pay a cent. Our center sits on State Street in Towanda, a few blocks from the courthouse, and we’re open Tuesdays and Thursdays for free, confidential pregnancy testing, peer counseling, parenting classes, and material support for your baby. No insurance. No fees. No judgment. Just people who will sit with you and help you think clearly about what comes next.

Our pregnancy tests are lab-quality and completely free. If a home test left you unsure, or you saw a faint line and don’t know what it means, come in. We’ll confirm the result and walk you through what it means, at your pace. Everything you tell us stays between us.
Ultrasounds are performed at our First Look center in Sayre, at 209 West Lockhart Street, about a thirty minute drive from Towanda. They’re free, confidential, and available for women between 7 and 20 weeks pregnant. We’ll help you schedule it, and if getting there’s a problem, tell us. We’ll work it out.
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the test. It’s not knowing who to tell, or what you want, or whether you’re allowed to feel two things at once. Our peer counselors aren’t therapists. They’re people who have walked this road and will listen without an agenda. Most sessions run under an hour. Some run longer. That’s up to you.
Through Earn While You Learn, every class you complete earns Baby Bucks. You spend them in our Baby Boutique on the things you actually need. Classes cover pregnancy, newborn care, child development, and everyday parenting. They’re free, and they’re practical.
Diapers, wipes, formula, bottles, blankets, clothing, strollers, and car seats. Earned, not handed out, because we’ve found that dignity matters. Come to a class, earn your Baby Bucks, and shop the Boutique.
Our Towanda center serves Wysox, Monroeton, Standing Stone, Rome, Ulster, and the communities along Route 6 and Route 220 throughout Bradford County. If you’re not sure whether we can help, call. The answer is almost always yes.
Yes. Every service at every Hopegate center is free. We don’t bill insurance and we don’t ask for payment.
